Q: Can we get hold of you 24/7?

A: We have a manned control room that deal with any queries 24 hours a day 7 days a week

Q: What happens if a customer would like to appeal against a parking charge notice?

A: After any parking charge we issue a receipt which contains ways to appeal (we has a dedicated team that deal with appeals)

Q: What should I do if one of your machines break down or is faulty?

A: On every machine that we provide we supply our contact details.  Corepoint Parking Solution are always happy to fix any machine in a prompt manner.  Corepoint Parking Solution have an appointed staff member to service the machine(s) regularly to ensure that any break downs will be infrequent

Q: How do I report illegally parked vehicles?

A: Call our head office and an officer will be despatched

Q:What sort of insurance do you have?

A: Corepoint Parking Solution have full public liability insurance covering up to £10 million

Q: Are you fully licensed and trained?

A: All of our operatives are fully trained and licensed to SIA standards
